• Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of business office management experience.
• Proactive work style with an interest in growing this role in the design sector.
• Able to provide premium concierge-level service in a client-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily studio operations and act as the primary contact for staff, clients, vendors and visitors.
• Coordinate leadership calendars, travel logistics and shifting priorities for management.
• Track business development, manage prospective client data and follow-up.
• Maintain firm licenses and renewals for the firm president.
• Assist management with proposals and AIa contract documents.
• Support IT with updates; onboard new employees with equipment and software.
• Assist Controller with monthly accounting reconciliations and billing support.
• Manage office supplies, shipping, utilities and vendor relations.
