Job summary

Ware Malcomb is a dynamic design firm seeking a Studio Manager to support the Principal/Director across growth, revenue, profitability, project management and client relations for the Miami market. You will foster a positive team environment and help meet financial goals and deadlines.

You will lead staff, drive proposals, engage in RFQ/RFP responses, and nurture client relationships while overseeing Interior Architecture & Design projects.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in interior design/architecture with at least two years at PM or Senior PM level
• Leadership experience preferred
• Experience on commercial interior design projects including workplace/corporate interiors, retail or other commercial
• Experience developing and maintaining client relationships

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and train staff
• Responsible for new project proposals and overall financial health of projects
• Assist in responding to RFQ/RFPs and participate in business development
• Manage client relationships and pursue additional/new business
• Oversee projects for the Interior Architecture & Design group
