Jobot is seeking an Architectural Staff Level 2 in Sarasota, FL to lead the design and documentation of projects. The role involves BIM drafting, coordination with consultants, and production of construction documents for moderate-size projects.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree, 5+ years of experience, and extensive Revit knowledge, along with strong communication and organizational skills to thrive in a deadline-driven environment.

Responsabilités

• Design creation, coordination, and production of working drawings and construction documents.
• Support project managers across all technical and administrative phases from kickoff to closeout.
• Prepare and coordinate deliverables, design documents, and bid packages.
• Process RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, consultant reviews, and permitting.
• Coordinate with consultants and internal team throughout all project phases.
• Monitor and distribute project communications and meet deadlines.
• Apply building, zoning, fire protection, and jurisdictional codes.

A bit about us:

We are a full-service architecture and interior design studio with roots in Sarasota. Our firm has spent three decades designing spaces for local and national clients across Sports, Commercial, Community, Government, Hospitality, and Education markets. As a company, our culture is built on servant leadership, continuous learning, and a collaborative approach that values both creative and technical skill.

Due to growth, we are looking to add an architectural staff member. This person will perform a variety of assignments requiring skills in all conventional aspects of architectural design for projects of moderate size and complexity. You will be involved with job site reviews, BIM drafting, and performing general office duties related to architecture, including design, contract document production, and construction administration support.

Job Details
