Jobot is seeking a Project Manager in Sarasota, FL to lead multiple architectural projects from concept to construction administration. This on-site role balances leadership with hands-on production, requiring client management and technical proficiency.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of progressive architectural experience, a Bachelor’s in Architecture, and Revit expertise, with licensure in progress. Competitive benefits and a strong, collaborative team culture are offered.

• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit with strong construction document and detailing knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as primary client liaison and ensure delivery to client satisfaction.
• Produce and oversee high-quality construction documents and specifications.
• Coordinate with engineering consultants and internal staff across all project phases.
• Manage project communication, proposals, contracts, and fee estimates.
• Perform construction administration duties including site visits and project meetings.
• Mentor junior staff and support Senior Project Managers on larger projects.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning, fire protection, and jurisdictional requirements.

Our firm has spent three decades designing spaces for local and national clients across Sports, Commercial, Community, Government, Hospitality, and Education markets. Due to growth, we are looking to add a Project Manager to our team in Sarasota! This Architectural Project Manager to lead small to mid-sized projects from concept through construction administration. This role balances project leadership with hands-on production, requiring strong client management, technical expertise, and the ability to mentor junior staff.
