Ascendo-Resources is seeking a Market Leader for prefabricated interiors in Florida. You will build relationships across architecture, design, construction, real estate, and owners to convert early conversations into qualified opportunities.

Role sits at the intersection of business development, design, preconstruction, and delivery. Expect travel within Florida and a base salary of $125,000–$150,000 with incentive potential and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in prefabricated interiors, architectural products, or related building systems.
• Strong knowledge of commercial construction processes and design-build/preconstruction.
• Proven track record in business development, market development, or architectural sales.
• Ability to credibly engage design professionals and construction stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop trusted relationships with architects, designers, contractors, developers, and owners.
• Identify and develop project opportunities and maintain a healthy pipeline.
• Engage early in planning, design development, and preconstruction to influence selections, scope, budget, schedule, and delivery.
• Lead conversations translating design intent and constraints into viable architectural solutions.
• Discuss drawings, specifications, and trade coordination with project stakeholders.
• Deliver presentations, demonstrations, and continuing-education programs for design and construction audiences.
• Collaborate with design, estimating, project management, and operations teams to develop executable solutions.
• Support pursuits from opportunity development through proposal and handoff.
• Represent the organization at industry events and associations.
