Construction Resources is seeking an experienced A&D Representative to build and grow relationships with Designers, Architects, and Builders in the Miami area. You will lead the account planning process, coordinate internal resources, and drive profitable sales growth across CR’s product lines, including Pompeii displays in showrooms.
The role requires a Bachelor’s Degree or 10+ years of sales experience in the building materials sector, strong communication skills, and the ability to travel

The A & D Representative maintains and expands relationships with assigned account base customers, with intentions to maximize sales/profit for every account and most importantly to expand CR market penetration within the assigned area.
The A & D Representative represents the entire range of company products and services to assigned customers, while leading the customer account planning cycle and ensuring assigned customers’ needs and expectations are met by the company.
This position will be required to build and sustain productive relationships and partnerships with current customers and prospects to grow sales and to expand CR penetration with Designers, Architects and Builders’ segments.
