Job summary

Sierra Pacific Industries seeks an Architectural Consultant to drive sales of Sierra Pacific Windows products across the Greater Dallas area and surrounding markets, including North Texas, Oklahoma, Kansas, and Nebraska.

The role emphasizes developing relationships with designers, architects, and dealers, delivering AIA‑accredited presentations, interpreting drawings, and traveling to events. Bachelor’s degree and strong presentation skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and/or prior experience in a related field.
• Professional and polished presenter, negotiator, and self-starter.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Collaborative, positive attitude, and proven team player.
• Product knowledge in the fenestration industry preferred.
• Relationships in the local architectural community a plus.
• Excellent computer and mathematics skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by identifying opportunities, developing relationships, building brand awareness, and promoting Sierra Pacific Windows products.
• Develop and maintain long-term beneficial relationships with Designers, Architects, Architectural Firms, and key dealer accounts.
• Conduct product and American Institute of Architects accredited presentations for the architectural and design communities.
• Be a consultant and expert on all products manufactured by Sierra Pacific Windows.
• Provide technical information and write specifications with an objective of increased sales.
• Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Participate in industry trade shows and networking events.
• Use bid search tools and prepare reports as directed by management.
• Travel is required.
