Job summary

Sierra Pacific Industries is seeking an Architectural Consultant to cover North Texas, Oklahoma, Kansas, and Nebraska markets. The candidate should reside in the Dallas, TX area and will drive sales by building relationships with designers, architects, and dealers.

You will read drawings, present to professionals, and provide product expertise on Sierra Pacific Windows. Travel is required, and the role benefits from fenestration knowledge and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and/or prior experience in related field.
• Professional and polished presenter, negotiator, and self-starter.
• Excellent communication, problem solving, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by identifying opportunities, developing relationships, building brand awareness, and promoting Sierra Pacific Windows products.
• Develop and maintain long-term beneficial relationships with Designers, Architects, Architectural Firms, and key dealer accounts.
• Conduct product and American Institute of Architects accredited presentations for the architectural and design communities.
• Be a consultant and expert on all products manufactured by Sierra Pacific Windows.
• Provide technical information and write specifications with objective of increased sales.
• Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Participate in industry trade shows and networking events.
• Use bid search tools and prepare reports as directed by management.
• Travel is required.
