Job summary

Sierra Pacific Industries is seeking an Architectural Consultant to cover North Texas, Oklahoma, Kansas, and Nebraska markets. Successful candidates should live in the greater Dallas, TX area and travel to client sites to promote Sierra Pacific Windows.

You will drive sales by identifying opportunities, developing relationships with designers and architectural firms, and delivering technical presentations. Read construction drawings and write specifications to support project wins.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• Excellent communication, problem solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Collaborative, positive attitude, and proven team player.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by identifying opportunities, developing relationships, building brand awareness, and promoting Sierra Pacific Windows products.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with Designers, Architects, Architectural Firms, and key dealer accounts.
• Conduct product and American Institute of Architects accredited presentations for the architectural and design communities.
• Be a consultant and expert on all products manufactured by Sierra Pacific Windows.
• Provide technical information and write specifications with objective of increased sales.
• Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Participate in industry trade shows and networking events.
• Use bid search tools and prepare reports as directed by management.
• Travel is required.
