Tiello is partnering with an industry-leading manufacturer in the commercial roofing and building envelope sector to hire an experienced Architectural Sales Representative.

This role focuses on launching and expanding the Roofing & Waterproofing Division across the Northeast U.S., building relationships with Architects, Engineers, and Design professionals to generate project specifications and long-term sales opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in architectural sales, specification sales, or commercial construction materials.
• Experience selling commercial roofing, insulation, waterproofing, or building envelope products preferred.
• Strong understanding of the commercial construction process, including specifications, project development, and bidding procedures.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with architects, engineering firms, specifiers, and design professionals in the territory.
• Generate early-stage demand by securing project specifications for roofing and insulation systems.
• Conduct AIA-accredited presentations and technical trainings for architects and industry professionals.
• Influence project specifications by promoting roofing, insulation, and building envelope solutions.
• Identify, track, and manage specification opportunities from concept to bid and construction.
• Collaborate with Territory Sales Managers to convert specifications into awarded projects.
