Capital Consultants Management Corporation is seeking an Architectural Review Coordinator in Florida. This entry-level role offers training and exposure to HOA operations and architectural guidelines.

You will assist homeowners, prepare meetings, and support the Design Review team while maintaining accurate reports. Starting pay is $22.00 per hour with a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, wellness, FSA, 401k match, PTO, parental leave, and training assistance.

Qualifications

• Entry-level opportunity with willingness to train.
• Experience in HOA operations is helpful but not required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Handle walk-in submittals and inquiries.
• Respond to homeowners about submitted applications.
• Assist with workshops to explain design guidelines.
• Translate architectural concepts for non-experts.
• Provide information and education on Design Guidelines.
• Perform visual inspections of properties for Design Review.
• Enforce Design Guidelines with homeowners.
• Create and maintain accurate review and inspection reports.
• Prepare clear written communications.
