Job summary

DAHLIN Architecture | Planning | Interiors in Pleasanton, CA is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support the Marketing Team with proposals, BD deliverables, publications, and communications initiatives.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, able to manage multiple deadlines, and willing to be onsite at least three days a week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field.
• Experience with marketing proposals and BD deliverables preferred.
• Knowledge of branding, publications, and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Lead marketing pursuits from RFP/Q through final deliverables.
• Prepare SOQs, proposals, and interview presentations.
• Coordinate with sub-consultants for RFP/Q information.
• Support project interview preparation and client research.
• Develop marketing materials for conferences and events.
• Maintain branding consistency per DAHLIN standards.
• Update CRM and OpenAsset with pursuit data.
• Assist with basic video editing for campaigns.
• Coordinate events and marketing campaigns.
