Job summary

Globeateliê is seeking a full-time associate to support ideation and management of brand environments for national and global brands. Lead project teams, manage client accounts, and ensure designs meet brand standards and code compliance.

This role requires ten-plus years in architectural/interior design, licensure progress or NCIDQ, and strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and related tools. Columbus, OH or US-based (Remote) with hybrid flexibility.

Qualifications

At least ten years (fifteen+ preferred) of experience in architectural or interior design environments.
Experience in project and/or program management and leading teams.
Licensed architect or pursuing licensure; NCIDQ is a plus.
Strong knowledge of code research, permitting due diligence, and adherence to brand standards.

Responsibilities

Lead programs with select retail clients, serving as the key point of client contact while supporting business development and fostering client relations.
Perform thorough quality checks to ensure code compliance and adherence to brand standards.
Lead individual projects through all phases, from Conceptual Design through Construction Documents and Contract Administration.
Manage internal project teams and schedules on individual projects and/or larger programs and initiatives.
Mentor and support junior team members, sharing technical and industry knowledge to support the greater growth of the company.
Support business development through the growth of existing client accounts and the onboarding of new contacts.
