Job summary

Bespoke Careers is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead architectural projects from concept through construction. You will oversee multiple fast-paced programs, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and maintain client relationships on high-profile assignments.

The ideal candidate has a strong architectural background, licensure preferred, and proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD. This role offers growth, flexibility, and opportunities for travel on major projects.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
  • 8+ years of professional architectural experience including independent project leadership through construction.
  • Experience managing multiple fast-paced projects and nationwide rollout programs for corporate or brand-driven clients.
  • Strong knowledge of building codes, life-safety, and accessibility requirements across jurisdictions.
  • Advanced proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD; working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and project management tools.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary client-facing project manager and account lead, overseeing communication and relationship management.
  • Lead multiple projects from concept design through construction documentation, permitting, and closeout.
  • Manage project scope, schedules, staffing, and financial performance including fee tracking and change management.
  • Direct internal teams and external consultants to ensure technical quality and compliance with codes.
  • Lead construction administration activities including RFIs, submittals, site observations, punch lists, and closeout documentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead multiple projects concurrently from concept design through construction documentation, permitting, construction administration, and closeout.
  • Manage project scope, schedules, staffing, and financial performance, including fee tracking, change management, and profitability targets.
  • Direct and coordinate internal teams and external consultants to ensure technical quality, constructability, and compliance with building and accessibility codes.
  • Lead construction administration efforts including RFIs, submittals, site observations, punch lists, and closeout documentation.
Skills and Experience
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture; architectural licensure preferred.
