• Assists in cost estimates and change orders.
• Identifies risks and develops mitigation strategies.
• Coordinates with grant managers for funding compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, procurement, design, construction, and closeout for renovation and new construction projects.
• Produce reports on project development and execution for stakeholders.
• Coordinate with all parties to ensure successful project completion and funding compliance.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and QA/QC throughout lifecycle.
• Support owner in scope changes, inspections, and final closeout.
