Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated Architectural Project Manager/Client Brand Manager to oversee architectural projects while providing dedicated support to our external clients and the brands we collaborate with. The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in architecture and project management, combined with strong client relationship, brand support, and internal people management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Architectural Project Management:

  • Lead and manage architectural projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality standards.
  • Actively involved in production
  • Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and team members to define project objectives, requirements, and deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and resolve any issues.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations.
  • Coordinate with external consultants, contractors, and suppliers to deliver exceptional results.

Client Brand Management:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for external clients, understanding their brand vision and project goals.
  • Monitor project outcomes and gather feedback to continuously improve service delivery and client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Architecture, Project Management, or a related field.
  • 5- 7 years of experience in architectural project management and client brand support.
  • 3-5+ years of experience as an architectural designer on single family residential and commercial fit-outs (Quick Service Restaurants and/or custom commercial: Offices (General & Medical), Industrial/Warehousing, Retail, Salons and more)
  • Proficiency in project management software and architectural design tools (e.g., Revit (3+years) Required, AutoCAD).
  • Strong understanding of branding principles as they relate to client projects.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional licensure in architecture ().

Job Type: Full-time
