Humphreys & Partners Architects in New Orleans, LA is seeking a Project Manager to lead architectural design development and coordinate projects with clients, consultants, and teams. You will manage design development through construction, ensuring quality and compliance while nurturing strong client relationships.

The role requires a bachelor’s in architecture or related field, 10+ years’ experience, and proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture or related field; licensure/NCARB preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of experience; prior project management experience preferred; multifamily experience required.
• Working knowledge of contract preparation, conflict resolution, and client relations.
• Technical proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit and Microsoft Office.
• Understanding of concrete and/or wood-frame construction; knowledge of building codes.

Responsibilities

• Manage the completion of multiple projects and assigned project teams from design development through construction.
• Ensure contract documents are complete, accurate, and in compliance with applicable requirements and standards.
• Provide technical and management supervision to assigned project team members.
• Establish and maintain long-term client relationships through positive client interactions and delivery of high-quality products.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Manage multiple aspects of client, team and project coordination and communication.
• Interface with clients, contractors and consultants to assure quality control in field and on documents.
• Travel up to 20%.
