Job summary

CyberCoders, Inc. is seeking an Architectural Project Manager with extensive Retail, shopping center, and grocery project experience.

This onsite, full-time role in Corona calls for leadership in planning, coordination, and delivery of complex nationwide commercial projects. You will coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with strict quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture required.
• Retail/shopping center/grocery project experience preferred.
• Strong client relationship skills and leadership experience required.
• Proven knowledge of architectural principles, practices, and project delivery.
• Experience with commercial/retail projects including grocery, QSR, warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, coordination, and delivery of complex commercial and retail projects nationwide.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to meet schedule and budget.
• Act as primary client contact, manage stakeholders, monitor risks, and ensure quality and regulatory compliance.

What You Will Be Doing

The position will lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of complex commercial and retail projects nationwide. This role partners with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and aligned with project goals. As the primary client contact, the Project Manager drives communication, manages stakeholder expectations, oversees project risks, and ensures quality and regulatory compliance. Success in this role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to deliver high-performing projects that meet both design and operational objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture
• Retail, shopping center, grocery....etc. project experience
• Revit familiarity
• Strong organizational, project management, and time management skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.
• Proven leadership experience with direct client interaction.
• Strong knowledge of architectural principles, practices, and project delivery.
• Commitment to quality and excellence throughout the project lifecycle.
