Thompson & Litton is seeking a Project Manager - Architecture to lead projects from kickoff to completion, bridging design vision with execution. You will oversee scope, schedules, budgets, contracts, and deliverables while managing clients and coordinating diverse teams across all phases.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of proven project management experience in the A/E/C industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Exceptional communication, organization, leadership, and client relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Project Delivery & Execution: manage architectural and multidisciplinary A/E projects through all phases, overseeing scope, schedules, budgets, contracts, and deliverables.
• Strategic Client Leadership: serve as primary client contact, maintain open communication, align expectations, and foster long-term relationships.
• Multidisciplinary Coordination: coordinate architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors to keep projects moving smoothly.
• Problem Solving & Performance: monitor performance, address challenges, and drive successful project and financial outcomes.
