Job summary

Thompson & Litton seeks an experienced Project Manager - Architecture to lead A/E projects from kickoff to completion. You will master communication, schedules, budgets and client expectations, acting as the bridge between design vision and execution.

Responsibilities include directing multidisciplinary teams, managing high-stakes clients, and delivering successful outcomes across delivery phases. An architectural background is essential, with a focus on project leadership over day-to-day CAD

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of project management experience in the A/E/C industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong communication, organization, leadership and client relationship skills.
• Experience managing schedules, budgets, contracts and multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage architectural and multidisciplinary projects through all phases, overseeing scope, schedules, budgets, contracts and deliverables.
• Serve as primary client contact, maintaining open communication and long-term relationships.
• Coordinate architects, engineers, consultants and contractors to keep projects moving efficiently.
• Monitor performance, anticipate challenges, drive solutions and financial success.
