Job summary

RMC Architects in Bellingham, WA is seeking a proactive Project Manager to guide architectural projects through all delivery phases. The role requires an action-oriented leader with strong design and technical skills and the confidence to exercise sound professional judgment.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in architecture, excellent communication, and proficiency in Revit, Bluebeam, and MS Office. The position is predominantly in-office in Bellingham, WA with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading architectural projects in a professional practice.
• Outstanding communication and relationship-building with clients, consultants and teammates.
• Ability to work with minimal principal oversight while remaining collaborative.

Responsibilities

• Drive day-to-day project operations, taking ownership of scope, schedule, budget, and consultant coordination.
• Lead design across all phases and oversee construction documents produced in Revit.
• Collaborate with contractors, clients, and consultants during construction, resolving RFIs and submittals.
• Contribute to RFQ responses and project pursuits; deliver engaging client presentations.
• Mentor and guide emerging professionals in a collaborative studio environment.
