RMC Architects in Bellingham, WA seeks a proactive Project Manager with 5+ years of experience to guide architectural projects through all delivery phases. You will own scope, schedule, budget, and coordinate consultants to ensure design intent is delivered.

The ideal candidate combines design/technical skills with strong communication and sound judgment on complex issues. This is an in-office role with a collaborative studio culture and opportunities for mentorship.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading architectural projects.
• Outstanding communication with clients, consultants and team members.
• Ability to work with minimal principal oversight while remaining collaborative.
• Proficiency in Revit, Bluebeam, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Drive day-to-day project operations with ownership of scope, schedule and budget.
• Lead design across all phases and develop code-compliant construction documents in Revit.
• Coordinate with contractors, clients and consultants during construction and resolve RFIs/submittals.
• Support firm growth by contributing to RFQ responses and project pursuits.
• Provide guidance to emerging professionals within the studio.
