Blueprint Hires is seeking a seasoned Project Manager for our Seattle, WA office to lead complex architectural projects from concept to construction, overseeing scope, budget, schedule, and quality. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field; architectural license preferred.
• 10–20+ years of architectural experience with demonstrated project management responsibility across design development, construction documents, and contract administration.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project and Bluebeam; experience managing Revit and BIM workflows, plus strong communication, leadership, and client relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural projects from conceptual design through construction while managing scope, budget, schedule, and quality.

• Prepare RFP responses, scope and fee estimates, proposals, and contracts while supporting project pursuits and client presentations.
