Dollar Tree seeks an Architectural Project Manager to lead design, permitting, and construction documentation for new stores, relocations, and expansions in Chesapeake, VA. You will manage 50–70 projects annually, coordinating with Real Estate, Construction, Store Planning, and external A&E consultants to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

Formación

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• 3+ years of architectural project management experience, multi-state.
• Ground-up construction experience required.
• Experience coordinating projects and communicating status to stakeholders.
• Knowledge of construction documentation, codes, ADA, permitting.
• Proficiency in project planning and scheduling.
• Experience managing consultant contracts, fees, changes, budgets.
• Familiarity with lease exhibits and landlord/tenant responsibilities.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee pre-construction activities (design and permitting) for 50–70 projects annually.
• Define project scope from LOIs, exhibits, lease language for A&E partners.
• Review surveys and conditions to develop work scopes.
• Lead project kickoff and communicate requirements and schedules.
• Coordinate architectural design to deliver accurate, on-time documents.
• Monitor A&E performance and QA construction documents.
• Track permits, assess risks, and mitigate impacts to schedules.
