Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of progressive experience in retail real estate, site selection, and lease negotiation.
• Strong negotiation and financial/analytical skills; proficient in MS Office and research tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute real estate strategies within assigned territories.
• Identify, evaluate, and recommend sites for new stores, relocations, and expansions.
• Lead all aspects of lease negotiations including LOIs and key financial terms.
• Collaborate with Store Development, Legal, Construction, and Store Operations to ensure timely openings.
