Job summary

SVA Architects in California seeks a Project Manager to lead project teams across Santa Ana, San Diego, Oakland, and Davis. You will manage client interfaces, coordinate across consultants, and ensure designs meet code and client vision.

Ideal candidate has 10+ years of experience, architectural license preferred, proficient in AutoCAD and Revit, and familiarity with CA Building Codes; LEED AP is a plus. Hybrid work arrangement available with flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years’ experience, with at least 5 years as project manager.
• Architectural license (preferred).
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit.
• Experience with K-12/Education and Multi-Family buildings.
• Competence with California Building Codes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• LEED AP (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with staff through all phases of a project.
• Manage client interface, project team coordination, consultant coordination, and quality control.
• Ensure building designs are structurally sound and aesthetically aligned with client ideas.
• Maintain project drawings.
