Job summary

SGPA Architecture and Planning in San Francisco is seeking a Project Manager to lead projects from early concept through final closeout, ensuring design excellence and seamless delivery. You will guide teams, manage client relationships, and uphold SGPA’s standards in quality and professional service.

This role requires 7+ years in PM for Education, Senior Living, Wellness, a Bachelor’s in Architecture, and US work authorization.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management experience on education, senior living, wellness, or related architectural projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States; SGPA cannot sponsor visas.
• Ability to work from the San Francisco office at least three days per week.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of the design process from feasibility to construction documents and closeout.
• Manage all aspects of project delivery, including budgets, scope, and schedules.
• Direct and mentor project teams to foster collaboration and high performance.
• Develop and validate project scope, fees, schedules, and services with leadership.
• Serve as primary client liaison ensuring timely and complete communications.
• Oversee coordination with consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
