Job summary

GMA Architects in St. Louis (Richmond Heights) is seeking an Architectural Project Manager or Architect to join our team. You will help develop construction documents, coordinate with consultants, and lead design development from concept to permit submittal.

This role emphasizes collaboration, code compliance, and client meetings. We value licensure not required and support licensure pursuit, with strong benefits and a 100% ESOP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
• 5–7 years of experience required.
• Revit and AutoCAD experience required; 3D modeling/rendering preferred.
• Licensure not required; GMA supports pursuit of licensure.

Responsibilities

• Produce architectural documents for permit submittal and construction.
• Develop preliminary designs into construction documents.
• Review project scope with construction project managers.
• Provide site and space planning for construction project managers.
• Prepare presentation drawings (colored site plan and elevations).
• Review and coordinate construction documents content with project managers and consultants.
• Review building code, local zoning, and park covenants.
• Attend client meetings and coordinate with engineers.
