Job summary
GMA Architects in Richmond Heights, MO is seeking a Project Associate to support site and space planning, code reviews, and presentation drawings for construction projects. You will collaborate with project managers, engineers, and consultants to develop plans through permit submittal and construction.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field required.
- Multi-family experience highly preferred; commercial/light industrial experience helpful.
- Ability to develop preliminary designs into construction documents.
- AutoCAD and Revit experience required.
- Ability to develop presentation drawings (colored site plan and elevations).
Responsibilities
- Provide site and space planning for construction project managers.
- Review building code, local zoning, and park covenants.
- Prepare presentation drawings as required.
- Attend client meetings, coordinate with construction project managers, structural, electrical, and civil engineers.
- Review project scope with construction project managers.
- Produce architectural documents for permit submittal as well as construction.
- Review and coordinate construction documents content with project managers and consultants.
