  • Guide project teams, resolve conflicts, promote collaboration.
  • Administer contracts and interface with planning and permitting authorities.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and innovation.
  • Report directly to firm leadership.
  • Travel as needed (approximately 25%).

Specializing in casinos, hotels, and resorts—with a unique focus on Native American gaming properties—we deliver master planning, architecture, interior design, and construction administration services across North America.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead day-to-day communication with clients, consultants, and internal teams
  • Manage and coordinate all phases of design and documentation, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables
  • Oversee consultant teams including structural, MEP, civil, geotechnical, and environmental engineers
  • Facilitate client meetings and presentations, clearly communicating design progress and options
  • Interpret building review comments and integrate them into design solutions that meet client goals
  • Track project budgets, schedules, and profitability
  • Document key decisions and maintain clear communication across all stakeholders
  • Guide and motivate project teams, resolving conflicts and promoting collaboration
  • Administer contracts and interface with local planning and permitting authorities
  • Identify opportunities for internal process improvement and innovation

What We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field (Architects or Engineers preferred)
