This role is responsible for managing project schedules, budgets, quality standards, and cross-functional collaboration while ensuring successful project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple architectural projects simultaneously, including construction documents, lot‑specific plans, revisions, and design initiatives.
• Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams, consultants, and external partners to meet project goals and timelines.
• Support design development by evaluating new architectural options, styles, and construction details.
• Partner with design, engineering, and operations teams to drive project execution and process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, standards, and established workflows.
• Maintain project documentation, data management, and quality control throughout the project lifecycle.
• Contribute to the development of standards, procedures, and best practices across the organization.
• Provide project insights and recommendations that support business and operational decision‑making.

Required Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent technical/vocational training.
• 5+ years of architectural, construction, or related project management experience.
• 2+ years of project or people management experience.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word.
• Strong understanding of residential construction, architectural design, and building codes.
• Proven ability to manage cross‑functional teams, consultants, and remote stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills.
• Valid driver's license.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor of Architecture or related degree.
• Residential homebuilding experience.
• Experience with SketchUp and BIM360.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and drive collaboration across multiple teams.
