Recruiting Manager | W-2 Employment | Manufacturing & Engineering

We are currently seeking a hands-on, experienced Architectural Project Manager / Revit Designer to join our Cranbury team. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly skilled in Revit, and has experience managing and producing technical documentation across a variety of project types-with an emphasis on life science, or laboratory operations planning.

-Manage 1-3 direct reports, mentoring junior staff and coordinating workload and project delivery.

-Lead and actively participate in the production of Revit documentation, with responsibility for the accuracy, detail, and technical integrity of drawings.

-Independently produce, review, and coordinate construction documents for new construction and renovation projects-especially in life sciences, lab planning, and manufacturing environments.

-Coordinate across disciplines, working closely with engineers, consultants, and contractors to ensure timely and accurate project execution.

-Ensure project designs adhere to relevant building codes, client standards, and technical specifications.

-Participate in all phases of design-from concept development and technical detailing to construction administration.

-Serve as a point of contact for client communications and on-site coordination during project execution.

-Minimum 6 years of professional experience in architectural project management and technical document production.

-Demonstrated experience with life science facilities, and or laboratory planning.

-Deep working knowledge of U.S. construction methods, detailing standards, and building systems.

-Solid understanding and application of building codes and regulatory compliance, particularly for technical and controlled environments.

-Expert-level proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD;

-Degree in Architecture/Engineering or relatable experience
