$80,000.00/yr - $125,000.00/yr

We're Hiring: PROJECT MANAGER

At MW Studios, we design buildings that serve the public—fire stations, police departments, community centers, and more. Our Project Managers play a central role in turning vision into reality. They are client-facing leaders, technical coordinators, and schedule-savvy communicators who ensure each project is well-managed from kickoff through closeout.

We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager with a passion for civic architecture, a strong grasp of project delivery, and the ability to guide interdisciplinary teams with clarity and confidence. This isn’t just about managing tasks, it’s about leading teams, building trust, and creating spaces that matter.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a Project Manager at MW Studios, you will:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and consultants throughout all project phases, working directly alongside the project architect and supporting design team.
• Lead internal teams in developing designs that meet program, budget, and schedule expectations.
• Coordinate consultant scopes and deliverables while ensuring alignment with project goals.
• Oversee all aspects of project documentation, including drawing sets, specifications, and technical detailing.
• Guide the permitting and bidding process, and support Construction Administration as needed while working alongside a seasoned construction administration team.
• Maintain responsibility for project budget tracking, milestone delivery, and risk mitigation.
• Contribute to internal QA/QC processes and ensure compliance with firm and industry standards.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 10+ years of experience in architecture, including at least 3 years in a project management role.
• Licensed architect preferred.
• Proficient in Revit and familiar with managing collaborative consultant teams.
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Demonstrated experience leading projects from schematic design through construction administration.
• Familiarity with civic, public safety, or institutional architecture is a plus.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
