Job summary

Ensis Corp's client, a nationally recognized AEC firm, is seeking 3 Project Managers to join their Orange County Studios. The roles focus on technical execution and production on high-end amenity and interior projects, with the CA PM overseeing construction.

Fully onsite in Central Orange County, CA; hybrid or remote not available. 10+ years of relevant experience required; interior architecture/interiors experience required for amenities roles. CA experience required for the CA PM.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Project Management experience within Architecture.
• Strong understanding of construction documents, permitting, and building systems.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Collaborative mindset with strong coordination abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from Design Development through Construction Administration.
• Oversee schedules, budgets, scopes, and project coordination.
• Lead communication with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including interiors, consultants, and engineers.
• Oversee project documentation, permitting, and construction administration activities.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, site visits, and consultant coordination.
• Ensure quality control and production efficiency across project deliverables.
• Mentor and support junior team members.

The amenity roles focus heavily on the technical execution and production side of high-end amenity and interior projects, the conventional will focus on production, taking projects from Design to CA & the CA PM oversees the construction process.

NOTE

• Fully Onsite in Central Orange County – Hybrid or Remote not available


• 10+ years of relevant experience required


• Interior architecture / interiors experience required for amenities positions


• Multifamily, hospitality, mixed-use or amenity project experience preferred


• CA experience required for the CA PM
