Job summary

Ensis Corp is partnering with a nationally recognized AEC firm to fill three Project Manager roles in Orange County. You will oversee design development through construction administration, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and maintain schedules and budgets in high-end amenity and interior projects.

CA experience is required, and the onsite role emphasizes hands-on production, with advancement opportunities and a collaborative studio culture.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of PM experience in Architecture or interiors.
• Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
• Excellent client, consultant, and team communication.
• Proven coordination of multidisciplinary design teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from Design Development through Construction Administration.
• Oversee schedules, budgets, scopes, and project coordination.
• Lead communication with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
• Coordinate interiors, consultants, and engineers across disciplines.
• Oversee documentation, permitting, and construction administration activities.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, site visits, and consultant coordination.
• Ensure quality control and production efficiency.
• Mentor and support junior team members.

Our client, a nationally recognized AEC firm, is seeking 3 PM's to join their Orange County Studios.:

to join one of their Orange County Studios. The amenity roles focus heavily on the technical execution and production side of high-end amenity and interior projects — while the conventional will focus on production, taking projects from Design to CA. The CA PM oversees construction.

NOTE

• Fully Onsite in Central Orange County – Hybrid or Remote not available
• 10+ years of relevant experience required
• Interior architecture / interiors experience required for amenities positions
• Multifamily, hospitality, mixed-use or amenity project experience preferred
• CA experience required for the CA PM
