Chief Operating Officer at Christopher Architecture and Interiors

Residential Architect/Project Manager

Christopher Architecture & Interiors is a luxury, high-end design firm specializing in Custom Residential, Boutique Commercial, and Estate & Land Planning. It is our mission to inspire through design while fostering a greater appreciation for creative excellence. Our award-winning, multi-disciplined staff is uniquely qualified and passionate about creating transformative and inspirational designs.

We work in an open studio environment where collaboration between our interior design team and architects is prioritized.

Required skills/education:

  1. 5+ years of experience
  2. Bachelors or Masters of Architecture from an accredited program
  3. Ability to lead and manage multiple projects at once
  4. Proficiency in Revit
  5. Knowledge of AutoCAD
  6. Works well with a team in a collaborative environment
  7. Strong work ethic
  8. Helpful but not required: Illustrator, Rhino, Photoshop, SketchUP

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

  1. Design and prepare design and construction documents
  2. Coordinate consultants
  3. Provide leadership to team members and mentor interns
  4. Serve as primary contact for project clients, consultants, etc.
  5. Prepare code reviews for Building and Life Safety
  6. Monitor quality control
