Job description

BCT Design Group is seeking Architect Project Managers with 7+ years of experience to take a leadership role in guiding the design of multi-family, commercial and other mixed-use buildings. This is a key opportunity for a registered architect with strong design sensibilities and technical knowledge to manage a wide range of project types. Ideal candidates will bring proven leadership, project management skills, and a passion for building strong client relationships and efficient, high-performing teams. Commercial, Housing and Senior Living experience is especially desired, but all types of familiarity with developer-driven project types are beneficial. This opportunity is for our Baltimore, MD Office and requires you to be on-site, Monday through Friday.
