TESSERE, INC seeks a registered architect to lead client relationships and guide renovation, remodel, expansion and new construction projects from proposal through delivery. You will manage design development, budgeting, schedule, and coordination with engineers and vendors to ensure on-time, on-budget results.

Formación

• Licensed architect in the United States required.
• Experience managing client relationships and project leadership.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Deltek and Revit knowledge preferred.
• NCARB certification or reciprocal licensing eligible preferred.
• Ability to coordinate multiple disciplines and manage schedules and budgets.
• Knowledge of building codes and accessibility requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Meet directly with the client to analyze goals and conceive architectural solutions.
• Plan the project budget, milestones, and schedule and track performance.
• Initiate and create schematic designs and plans; prepare drawings.
• Coordinate workload through design development and construction document phases.
• Direct coordination with engineering disciplines and third-party suppliers.
• Write or edit owner-provided architectural specifications.
• Plan, initiate, and run project meetings and issue minutes.
• Ensure code and accessibility compliance across codes and standards.
• Coordinate addenda, RFIs, and change orders; incorporate changes.
• Analyze and negotiate pay applications and change orders.
• Report project completion for billing and lead collections.
