Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in multifamily/mixed-use design and project management.
• Strong knowledge of building codes and accessibility laws.
• Experience leading architectural design teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficient in Revit or similar design software.
• Architecture degree from an accredited college or university.
• US citizenship, Green Card, or EAD with no visa sponsorship required.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of multiple multifamily projects, leading teams and strategic plans for success.
• Coordinate all project efforts to ensure cost-effective execution.
• Serve as primary client liaison for schedule, budgets and scope.
• Manage client budgets, schedules, programs, communications and documentation.
• Estimate fees, determine scope, and prepare proposals and contracts.
• Act as a vision leader within the firm.
