Job summary

Afflatus LLC is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead architectural projects from concept through construction in Hawaii. You will manage schedules, budgets, client relationships, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure technical excellence and timely delivery.

The ideal candidate has strong PM experience in design environments, excellent communication skills, and licensure in architecture is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field.
• Licensure as an architect preferred.
• PM experience in architectural/design environments.
• Experience managing scope, budgets, schedules, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, and PM software.
• Strong knowledge of codes, permitting, construction methods, and detailing.
• Excellent written, verbal, organizational, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects through all phases from planning to construction administration.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Monitor progress and resolve issues to maintain timelines and budgets.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Lead and mentor multidisciplinary project teams.
• Delegate responsibilities while maintaining accountability and quality.
• Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment.
• Serve as primary client and stakeholder liaison throughout the lifecycle.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and regulatory authorities.
