Responsibilities

• Ensure projects remain on schedule, within budget, and aligned with client expectations.
• Track project financial performance and resource allocation.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and project stakeholders.
• Lead presentations, meetings, and project discussions.
• Communicate project updates, milestones, and recommendations.
• Maintain a high level of client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with architects, consultants, and design teams.
• Review project documents for quality, accuracy, and code compliance.
• Apply technical expertise in building systems, construction methods, and design standards.
• Contribute to sustainable and LEED-focused project strategies.

What You'll Do

Lead Commercial Projects from Start to Finish

• Manage multiple commercial architecture projects simultaneously
• Guide projects through planning, design, documentation, and construction administration
• Ensure projects remain on schedule, within budget, and aligned with client expectations
• Track project financial performance and resource allocation

Build Strong Client Relationships

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and project stakeholders
• Lead presentations, meetings, and project discussions
• Communicate project updates, milestones, and recommendations
• Maintain a high level of client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle

Design Leadership & Technical Excellence

• Collaborate with architects, consultants, and design teams
• Review project documents for quality, accuracy, and code compliance

• Contribute to sustainable and LEED-focused project strategies

Team Collaboration & Project Delivery

• Mentor and support project team members
• Coordinate consultants and multidisciplinary teams

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture
• 5+ years of commercial architecture experience
• Project management experience within an architectural firm
• Strong understanding of commercial building design and project delivery
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, and client communications
• Excellent leadership, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications

• Licensed Architect with active registration
• Experience leading large-scale commercial projects
• LEED or sustainable design experience
• Proven success managing multiple projects simultaneously

Portfolio Requirement

All applicants must provide a project portfolio or work samples demonstrating commercial architectural experience.
