Job summary

Cuhahii & Peterson Architects, Engineers & Planners, Inc is seeking a Technical Manager to oversee architectural/engineering projects from design through construction administration. You will coordinate with multiple disciplines and ensure technical quality and adherence to codes and standards.

Qualifications

This position requires a thorough understanding of building construction methods and codes.
Final responsibility for the technical quality of a project lies with the Technical Manager.

Responsibilities

Serve as the main project contact with clients, contractor and consultants.
Ensure coordination with all disciplines.
Oversee design and production of construction documents and specs.
Maintain CP and client standards and perform quality control.
Provide peer review of documents and assist in project budgeting.
Coordinate permitting including responses to jurisdiction comments.
Assist in representation at public hearings and meetings as needed.
Provide customer service to maintain client relationships.
Coordinate bidding process and assist with contract negotiation.
