Cuhaci & Peterson Architects is seeking an experienced Manager of Permitting Services to lead the Permitting Department and coordinate with the project team to secure permits for various projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 10–12 years in a professional architectural/engineering firm.
• Experience in government affairs and strong leadership, analytical and negotiating skills.
• Understanding of architecture/engineering and building construction; excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and implement a comprehensive government relations program including state and local government relations.
• Monitor and advise on state legislation and regulations affecting CP.
• Increase CP visibility with elected officials, regulatory agencies and staff.
