Job summary

Cafaro is seeking an Architectural Project Coordinator to join our team. You will report to the Director of Architecture and create development and leasing plans, plus detailed construction drawings for owner-related projects.

You will prepare façade concepts from schematic to design development and review architectural drawings to ensure accurate project execution. Strong CAD skills, office software proficiency, and effective communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in architecture or equivalent work experience required.
• Three years of related work experience preferred; minimum of two internship experiences preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products is required.
• Experience using AutoCAD and Revit (Autodesk), and other design/rendering software; AI-based design platforms preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, process orientation, and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment, both independently and as part of a team.
• Effective time management skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and create development and leasing plans for tenants and properties within the company portfolio.
• Prepare architectural façade concepts and plan designs from schematic through full design development for tenant/owner projects.
• Develop detailed architectural construction drawings for owner-required construction items.
• Review, interpret, print, and navigate architectural drawings and related project documents.
