Job summary

The Cafaro Company is seeking an Architectural Project Coordinator to join our architecture team in Ohio. You will develop design concepts and construction documents, coordinate leasing and development plans, and review project drawings to ensure accurate, timely execution.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in architecture or equivalent work experience.
• Three years of related work experience preferred; internships welcomed.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office required.
• Experience with AutoCAD and Revit; AI design tools preferred.
• Strong communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and create development and leasing plans for tenants and properties.
• Prepare architectural façade concepts and plan designs from schematic to full design development.
• Develop detailed architectural construction drawings for owner-required items.
• Review and interpret architectural drawings and project documents.
