HGA seeks a Project Coordinator to join the Community+Live, Workplace & Government Architecture team in Milwaukee, WI. You will drive project success from design through construction, coordinating with consultants and clients while mentoring junior staff.

Required 5–7 years of experience; proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite, and MS Office; BIM workflow familiarity; salary around $65,000–$76,000 with benefits. Hybrid work not mentioned; on-site in Milwaukee.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in architecture from an accredited institution.
• 5–7 years of professional experience.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with BIM workflows and project management tools (e.g., VantagePoint).

Responsibilities

• Design & Documentation: Independently develop architectural drawings, details, and design layouts; prepare construction documents using Revit and AutoCAD with minimal oversight.
• Project Coordination: Manage assigned portions of project scope, schedule, and deliverables; review submittals, RFIs, and drawings for compliance and clarity; support construction administration through site visits and field reports.
• Communication & Collaboration: Communicate effectively with Project Managers, Principals, and consultants; participate in design meetings and document decisions; mentor junior staff.
• Professional Growth: Continue developing expertise in codes, specifications, and construction processes; expand proficiency in BIM workflows and project management tools; demonstrate initiative and architectural rigor.
