Qualifications

• Professional degree in Architecture required.
• Proficient with Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, Word, and Excel.
• Ability to graphically communicate conceptual and schematic design ideas.
• Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills; proactive learner.
• Interest in pursuing architectural licensure and documenting AXP hours preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Coordinators with construction document packages, design presentations, and material and code research.
• Support project teams with design layouts, documentation, and project-related research.
• Provide assistance to the Construction Administration team with punch walks, shop drawing reviews, and submittal documentation.
• Collaborate with internal team members, consultants, and clients under the guidance of project managers and design professionals.
• Participate in office initiatives, team activities, and professional development opportunities while contributing to project success.
