This BES Administrative Project Coordinator role supports project delivery, coordinating multidiscipline design teams and project managers, and ensuring document control and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in a closely related field or combination of education and relevant experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Active participation in employee-owned culture and teamwork.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain electronic files.
• Coordinate the work of multidiscipline design teams and project managers.
• Coordinate communications among owners, architects, engineers, contractors and subcontractors.
• Prepare, format, and proofread project documents, reports and correspondence.
• Manage submittals, RFIs, and contractual documents to ensure on-time review.
• Support change control, risk management, and project status reporting.
