• 2+ years of experience in project coordination or related field.
• High school diploma required; degree preferred.

• Coordinate and administer architectural metals fabrication projects from award to completion.
• Maintain project schedules, deadlines, action items, and deliverables.
• Track project status and follow up with internal teams to ensure timely completion.
• Prepare and maintain project documents: purchase orders, submittals, approvals, change orders, meeting notes, reports.
• Assist with project updates, status reports, and customer communications.
