Job summary

Actalent is seeking a Project Manager to oversee architectural metal construction projects, including roofing, wall panels, and façades, from award through closeout. You will coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, fabricators, installers, and internal teams to meet schedule, budget, and quality goals.

Responsibilities include developing schedules and budgets, leading kickoff and closeout meetings, and mitigating risks while maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in construction management, engineering, architecture, or related field.
• PMP certification or formal project management training is a plus.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and cross‑functional coordination.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple architectural metal roofing, wall panel, and façade projects from award through closeout.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, procurement plans, and deliverable tracking tools.
• Lead project kickoff, coordination, turnover, and closeout meetings with clients, architects, engineers, and internal teams.
